Um, Hello?
Hey you! Yeah you, the one working at Delta Airlines. The minute I mention you you disappear. Did I scare you off? All I wanted was a measly little comment. I just wanted know who the devoted reader was. I promise I won't stalk you--well unless you're cute and start leaving me extremely complimentary comments. Well then...in the immortal words of Jessica, I might have to lick your brain--and I'm gooood.
As for the rest of ya, I still want to know your idea of a terrific kiss or the first band you ever saw in concert.
Since I'm not much of a lurker--rather I can't keep my comments to myself--I've used National De-Lurking Week as an excuse to delve into the blog universe a little more and find some new reads. Let me tell you...I've doubled the size of my Google Reader subscription list in just a few days. Here are some of the folks I plan to check back with regularly.
Dancing Through
The Underpaid Kept Woman
Queen of the Bad Mommies
Basement Epiphanies
Don't Take the Repeats
And last but not least, the wonderful Momma that's getting my ass into gear to drop the pounds it like it's hot...Mom-O-Matic. With her inspiration the whole mommy blogging world is going to take over the cover of Sports Illustrated next year!!
12 Deserve Mamma's Love:
I saw the Go-Go's in concert in 1981 when I was in 9th grade.
I know one of your links but I'll go check out the others now:)
Hey...that's me! I'm so glad you'll be coming back!!! Thank you.
My idea of a terrific kiss is one from my husband...when I least expect it.
The first concert I ever went to was Prince in Madison Square Garden in the 80's. I was hooked after that.
The first concert I ever saw was Garth Brooks. He was awesome! As for a kiss, the best is a deep, passionate one. Of course, it has to be with someone who knows what they are doing! ( No nasty over tongue or slobber........thank you!) Luckily, my husband is a great kisser! :)
Those are some good picks, brain licker! Heh.
My first concert was Quiet Riot, heh.
If I weren't high on sleeping pills, I'd totally try to use my brain right now to answer your questions. ;-) I'm thinking it's time to find my bed. Later girl!
Phil Collins - No Jacket Required...it was something like 1985. I got so drunk I barfed on like 10 people in the row in front of us and remember the first 3 songs. I actually had to be carried out of the place.
Always late to the party....
and ewwwww... Kevin barfed on ten people at a Phil Collins concert???!YUCK!!!
Popping in by way Crazy Hip Blog Mamass. I think the first real concert I went to was Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
My idea of a great kiss? A really good, passionate kiss when I least expect it and for no reason.
Hmmm, let's see. You're counting on an airline employee to show up when you want them to.
Anyone here SHOCKED that Mr. or Ms. Delta Airlines hasn't shown up yet?

Hello. Given you were recently posting about comments I'm here (on this page) to say hi.
I LOVE your "would it kill ya to leave a comment" image...
hope you don't mind if I steal it from you and use it on Matthew's blog??!!
Thank you for stopping by Matthew's blog!! ... Someday I am getting my own BLOG to play with ... I need to take time out to figure it all out...I AT LEAST WANT A CHATBOX!!!
I appreciate your support re: the health insurance matter ...
The LV Police Department did the most wonderful part by raising the lifetime cap for us and other officers, just in the nick of time.... so, Matthew is covered again.
But like you said... Mike is serving and protecting ... but the state he serves and protects, well they don't want to make changes if you "run out" of health insurance.
They'd rather you ship out to another state.
What bothers me most is that if you are poor or illegal... your child WILL get all the medical care needed...
if you are middle class or better... you are screwed.
BUT I'm working on it!! This is my mission in life now.
Now, I can say...
IT HAPPENED TO ME.
Who knows, you just may see me on CNN, Fox or Oprah someday.
